Aston Villa have ended their 44-year wait for a major European title after beating Freiburg 3-0 in the Europa League final this morning.
It’s their first continental trophy since famously beating Bayern Munich in the European Cup all the way back in 1982.
This morning’s victory is also Villa manager Unai Emery’s fifth Europa League title overall having won the tournament three times previously with Sevilla and once with Villareal.

Barcelona have reportedly already agreed personal term with Marcus Rashford to make his loan move from Man United permanent.
However, Barca have yet to agree on a transfer fee with the Red Devils.
