Medication & Alcohol: No history of long-term medication; no alcohol consumption within 24 hours prior to donation. Preparation: Do not fast before donating; ensure you have had adequate sleep.

This event is organised to raise awareness and encourage more people to donate blood, helping those in need. To make it easier for parents to participate, we are also hosting a colouring contest for kids. While you contribute to this noble cause, your children can enjoy a fun and engaging activity in a safe environment. Let them spend their time creatively while you do your part for humanity. The day will begin with the blood donation drive, followed by the colouring contest for children. 🍽️ Food will be provided for all blood donation participants 🎁 Gifts will be prepared for kids Let’s come together as a community — donate blood, save lives, and create meaningful moments for our children.
