Don't Worry, Malaysia Has Enough Water

Malaysia still has sufficient raw water resources.  

As such, the DPM has assured that the nation is not among the countries at risk of ‘water bankruptcy’...which is feared globally.  

In fact, the country receives over 2,500 millimeters of rainfall annually, indicating no physical water shortage.

He explained that the real challenge lies in managing water resources, protecting river basins, and improving the efficiency of the national water supply system.

Meanwhile, Malaysia's current supply of petrol and diesel also remains adequate amid the conflict in the Middle East.  

The Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry assured that supply remains stable, with no shortages reported so far.    

It adds that any issues being raised are isolated cases related to logistics, which caused delivery delays of a few hours in certain locations.
