It's usually St Bernard dogs that save people from dangerous situations, especially mountain climbers.
However, in this situation, the roles were reversed.
A St Bernard named Daisy needed saving from one of England’s tallest mountain, Scafell Pike. It was reported that she showed signs of pain in her rear legs and refused to move.

The rescue mission took 5 hours and 16 members of the Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team. The team put the 121 pound St Bernard on a stretcher and brought her down the mountain.
In the statement, Daisy was said to be kept well-hydrated and fed whhile waiting for the rescue team to arrive.
The rescue team faced many obstacles on their way down- from steep hills and rocks to a waterfall, but they still managed to bring Daisy down safely.
The rescue team joked that Daisy probably feels guilty and embarrassed about letting down the image of her cousins who are bouncing across Alpine snows with barrels.
It was reported that Daisy is back to her usual “high spirits”.
We’re glad everyone is safe, including Daisy!
