Espresso is coffee of Italian origin, brewed by expressing or forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. Espresso is generally thicker than coffee brewed by other methods, has a higher concentration of suspended and dissolved solids, and has crema on top (a foam with a creamy consistency).

1. Kopi Kampung

Black coffee at its finest. It is also known as Kopi-O. However, this is not your average espresso with hot water. This kopi kampung is something that we take pride of.

The way you make it is an artform in its own right. You start out by having a cloth filter bag, filled with aromatic coffee grounds, and you pour boiling water into it to make the kopi strong.

The coffee beans are roasted variously, if the coffee used sugar or butter during roasting, your coffee will gain a sense of smoothness. To finish it off, add a layer of condensed milk for a bolder character node.

The thought of these coffee drinks have gotten us hyper and excited.

Which is your favourite coffee drink?
