The Anatomy Of An Amazing Teacher

Thank you, teachers.

It comes without saying that a great teacher not only changes the lives of students academically, but they also hold the power to mould a student’s behaviour, how they view life and their judgment in making the right decisions.

As some of the most influential role models, teachers are responsible for more than just academic enrichment.

In a way, teachers are superheroes. They play an integral role as our guiding system, our role models. They inspire and encourage us to strive for greatness, and live life to our greatest potential.

A great teacher is someone that students will remember and cherish forever.
… but what defines a great teacher?

A great teacher has to have the passion to encourage their students to perform their best.

A teacher not only has to have a good understanding of their students, but they would also need to maintain open communications with parents, keeping them informed of what goes on in the classroom as far as curriculum, iscipline and more.

Author, Gail Godwin said that teaching is one-fourth preparation, three-fourths pure theatre. The reason is because theatre is an artform.

With that, we would want to just say thank you to all teachers.
