Most people experience anxiety at some point, and it may even come suddenly through panic attacks. Anxiety can be fear, inability to focus or even difficulty in sleeping. When it starts interfering with life, it may lead to depression if untreated.

#1 Forgive yourself
People with anxiety may never seem kind on themselves. They hold on to a mistake they did a while ago and try their best not to repeat it, which leads to never forgiving themselves for that mistake.
#2 Find purpose in life by helping others
Anxiety arises when everything revolves around ourselves, whether it’s self-expectation or putting pressure on ourselves. When we turn that attention away from ourselves and focus on helping others, anxiety can be greatly reduced—just don’t expect anything back from those you help.
