french open delayed due to covid-19 lockdown

This year's French tennis Open will be delayed by a week.

Organisers say the Grand Slam event is now scheduled to take place from May 30th to June 13th.

They hope the delay means that  more spectators will be allowed to attend matches, as France is currently in a COVID-19 lockdown that is only due to end in the middle of May.
