Cristiano Ronaldo becomes first player to score 25 Serie A goals in 60 years

Cristiano Ronaldo has become the first player in almost 60 years to score 25 Serie A goals in a season for Juventus.

This as the forward scored off a free-kick for Juve in their 4-1 derby win over Torino. 

Meanwhile the game also saw Juve goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon make a record breaking 648th Italian league appearance. 

The win moves Juve closer to their ninth straight Serie A title, sending them seven points clear at the top of the table.

Valtteri Bottas to go first for Austrian F1 GP, followed by Hamilton and Verstappen

Valtteri Bottas has taken pole position for the season-opening Austrian F1 GP, ahead of Mercedes teammate and defending world champion Lewis Hamilton. 

Red Bull's Max Verstappen qualified in third. 

Hamilton was also lucky to keep his spot on the starting grid, after managing to avoid a penalty during qualifying, for failing to slow for yellow flags, and for exceeding track limits. 

Meanwhile, the Ferrari duo Charles LeClerc and Sebastian Vettel were well off the pace...and will start the race from 7th and 11th respectively. 

Datuk Lee Chong Wei pays tribute to retiring rival, Lin Dan

National badminton legend Datuk Lee Chong Wei has paid tritbute to long time rival Lin Dan after the Chinese shuttler announced his retirement at the age of 36. 

Chong Wei took to social media to look back on their time on the court, saying the Chinese shuttler deserves some time to rest, after a long and succesful career. 

Chong Wei adds that now that they're both retired, he's hoping the two of them can work together to further develop and promote the sport of badminton.
