Romelu Lukaku’s second half equalizer helped Belgium salvage a 1-1 draw with the Czech Republic in their World Cup qualifier this morning.

Both teams are now level on four points at the top of Group E after two matches.

In other selected results, Serbia battled back to secure a 2-2 draw with Portugal.

The Netherlands bounced back from their opening defeat to beat Latvia 2-0.

While Turkey picked up their second win in a row, beating Norway 3-0.

Malaysia’s Azizulhasni Awang has finished second in the individual sprint event at the Australian National Track Cycling Championships.

The Pocket Rocketman was edged out by defending champion Matthew Richardson.

Fellow Malaysian Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom completed the podium with a third place finish.
