Officials say the UK and Ireland’s plan to bid for the 2030 World Cup will not be affected by the recent crowd trouble at Euro 2020.

It comes after England were given a one-match stadium ban for the unrest at the Euro final at Wembley back in July.

National diver Leong Mun Yee will not be competing in the delayed Vietnam SEA Games.

The 37-year-old says she’s sticking with her plan to retire at the end of the year…as there is too much preparation needed for the Games, which will be held in May 2022.
