Malaysian track cyclist Muhammad Fadhil Mohd Zonis was among the first national athletes to receive a shot of the COVID-19 vaccine today.

Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican also received the injection.

Almost 270 athletes and their officers are set to be immunized against the coronavirus from today, in preparation for the upcoming Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics.
