Manchester City have been crowned Premier League champions for the third time in four seasons.

This, after their closest challengers Man United were defeated 2-1 by Leicester this morning.

It ends the Red Devils 14-match unbeaten run in the league…and leaves them 10 points behind their neighbours, with only three games remaining.

Man City are now set to lift the Premier League trophy after their final game of the season on May 23rd, where up to 10 thousand supporters are expected to be in attendance at the Etihad.

Pep Guardiola’s side – who have also won this season’s League Cup – have the chance to complete the treble when they take on Chelsea in the Champions League final.

Cristiano Ronaldo will reportedly push to leave Juventus, if they fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League.

Juve are currently one point outside the Serie A top four, with three matches to go.

Failure to qualify would mean Ronaldo will miss a Champions League campaign for the first time in 18 years.

Veteran goalkeeper Gianluiggi Buffon says he will leave Juventus when his contract expires at the end of the season.

The 43-year-old, however, is holding off on retirement…saying he could still join another club if the right offer comes along.
