The Youth and Sports Ministry will be organizing national level sports events this year for veteran athletes.

Minister Hannah Yeoh adds that the events, which will also be open to the public, will provide opportunities for everyone to pursue their interests, regardless of age.

This, as part of the government's efforts to encourage Malaysians to become a more sporting nation.
