Klopp Kalls For Kalm

Apr 08, 2024

klopp kalls for kalm

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has urged fans to stay calm following their 2-all draw with Man United.

He says while the team have dropped points, they are still in the Premier League title race.

The result sees Liverpool dropping to 2nd place in the standings, behind Arsenal on goal difference.

Liverpool will now host Atalanta in the first leg of the EUROPA League quarterfinals, before welcoming visitors Crystal Palace in the EPL this weekend.

--

Man City boss Pep Guardiola says there's no guarantee that Ederson will start in their upcoming Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid.

The Brazilian goalkeeper has been out since mid-March with a thigh problem.

However, he was fit enough to be on the bench for their recent game against Crystal Palace.

Guardiola says he now has to choose between Ederson or his backup Stefan Ortega, who has done well in Ederson's absence.

--

Reports say Inter Milan are considering a move for Man United attacker Anthony Martial this summer.

The Frenchman is expected to leave Old Trafford, once his contract expires at the end of the season.

--

And Everton will reportedly demand at least 40 million pounds, if they have to sell Dominic Calvert-Llewin in the off-season.

The sale will help Everton balance their books amid their ongoing financial problems.
