Yoga for Mums will be celebrating their 1st Anniversary and we would like to invite YOU to join us for a day of Yoga, Mindfulness, Nutrition and Wellness!
It’ll be an exciting 3 hour workshop that’s FREE for all ladies, with a live yoga session by founder, Caleen Chua, a yoga and mindfulness coach. She will also be sharing ways on how we can be more mindful in our daily lives and how we can all achieve our body goals.
There will also be a talk on proper nutrition for mums by nutritionist Nuvasheni from Good Morning, and we’ll also be joined by Alvin Lim, a Physiotherapist from VL Therapy, who will be sharing about body alignment and Diastesis Recti- a common condition faced by mums after child birth.
