Today is polling day for the Melaka state election!

A total of 217 polling stations will be open for voting from 8 am to 5.30 pm.

Voters have also been reminded to follow all the COVID-19 SOPs including wearing a face mask, getting your temperature scanned, and maintaining physical distancing.

This, as close to 500 thousand people are expected to take to the polls, in the first election since the state of emergency was lifted.

Meanwhile, Melaka police have assured that they will do their best to ensure a safe election.

They will receive assistance from Bukit Aman, to face any possible security risks.

ProtectHealth Corp says the registration is free and only Pfizer’s Corminaty vaccine will be dispensed at the PPVs.
