AstraZeneca, Sinovac vaccines approved as Covid-19 booster shots

The AstraZeneca and Sinovac Covid-19 vaccines have been given conditional approval, to be used as booster shots.

The boosters will be given to AstraZeneca and Sinovac recipients aged 18 and above.

For AZ recipients, the boosters will be given 6 months after they received their second dose.

As for Sinovac, the waiting period will be between 3 to 6 months.
