Australian journalists to be deported

The 2 Australian journalists who were arrested for aggressively trying to interview the Prime Minister in Kuching on Saturday, will be deported immediately.

The duo were expected to be charged in court today, but have been told to settle their bails and leave the country instead.

Meanwhile, the police have defended their decision to arrest the duo, saying the action was necessary to protect and ensure the safety of leaders, as well as maintain public order.
