Bersih 4 rally and Red Shirt rally organisers counter gathering have yet to settle their clean-up bills.

The organisers of last year's Bersih 4 rally, and the subsequent Red Shirt counter gathering have yet to settle their clean-up bills.
The Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry says Bersih was charged almost 65 thousand ringgit, while the Red Shirt rally organisers were charged 38 thousand.
It adds, any follow-up action on payments will be done by Alam Flora, the concessionaire for solid waste management in the city.
