Mandatory vaccinations within a Year?

The proposal to make vaccination mandatory could become law within a year.

The Health Ministry's deputy director-general told the Malay Mail, this will happen if the mandatory vaccination ruling is added to existing regulations

However,  it may take longer to implement if it has to be approved by Parliament. 

This, amid a rise in the number of parents who refuse to vaccinate their children on religious or health grounds.
