Doctors divided on making vaccination compulsory for school children
Jul 05, 2016
Doctors are reportedly divided on whether vaccinations should be made compulsory for school children in Malaysia.
The Malaysian Medical Association told the Malay Mail it agrees with the proposal to block unvaccinated children from attending school.
It reckons, this should be a last resort IF govt awareness efforts fail to educate Malaysians about the importance of immunisation.
However, the Malaysian Pediatric Association disagrees, saying unvaccinated kids should NOT be deprived of an education.
