IGP: Police will find those who uploaded child porn on Telegram

The IGP says the police will find those who have uploaded child porn on Telegram, without assistance from the encrypted messaging app.
Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar told the Malay Mail investigations are underway, but he declined to say more.
Tech experts had earlier warned that authorities may find it hard to nab the culprits because of Telegram's privacy policy and how it encrypts data.
