The Sungai Pandan Waterfall in Kuantan, Pahang is still open to the public!

This, despite a report that a politeknik student was infected with leptospirosis after bathing there.

State authorities say it's too early to make a decision to close the recreation area because only one case has been detected so far. 

The 20-year-old student in the case concerned has been in a coma since last Monday after testing positive for leptospirosis.
