Malaysia will not be affected by the forest fires currently burning in Sumatra
The Met Dept told The Star, current wind patterns mean that smoke from the fires will NOT be blown towards Malaysia.
However, the situation could change in May or June, when wind directions change.
Meanwhile, as at 3pm, 4 areas in the Klang Valley reported unhealhty air quality, namely Shah Alam, PJ, Cheras and Batu Muda KL.
