Datuk Lee Chong Wei urges Lee Zii Jia to take a break

National men's singles shuttler Lee Zii Jia has been urged to get some rest, to avoid burnout and stay focused on the game.

The advice came from none other than Malaysian badminton legend Datuk Lee Chong Wei, who warned that the 21-year-old could be mentally exhausted, having played in back-to-back tournaments since early this year.

Chong Wei says it's crucial that Zii Jia gets some time off to recuperate and review his performance.
