How often do you meet someone who offers to pay a whole year’s worth of instalment payments on your home loan? Probably not even in your dreams. But you’ll be glad to know that Maybank is offering to WOW you by doing just that!

From now until 31 January 2018, finance or refinance a completed residential property with Maybank and you could win your first-year home loan instalment up to RM3,000 per month for the first 12 months OR up to a total of RM36,000 for the first year.
One winner will be selected per month (total 5 winners) via a Maybank randomiser programme. The instalment amount will be credited monthly into the each winner’s respective housing loan/financing account on the instalment due dates for the first 12 months.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The completed residential properties financed/ refinanced must be located in in prime/stable locations in established neighbourhoods;
